Stains on sheets,pillow cases and duvet covers.Cracked basin in toilet and hair on the tiles in the shower.

Had a really really nice stay for the price. The restaurant was lovely for a good and well priced breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of Scottish Maritime Museum. You could walk to shops and supermarkets.

stroll to beautiful views and parks just steps away

My stay was fantastic, as I could easily walk to Eglinton Country Park for a lovely afternoon and enjoy the picturesque views of the harbour while indulging in great local eats like those at Nancys.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a lovely welcome basket of treats including tea and shortbread. Easy access to the nearby railway station for convenient travel.

Not much, I'm afraid. Easy parking, The room was clean and contained a fridge and microwave which might be useful but we didn't use it.

No proper reception. Nowhere to get a drink arriving at seven o'clock in the evening.

Location.

No staff on site, rooms looking tired and need complete up-dating. Breakfast was poorly cooked and too early for a week-end. Cooking smells permiating the first floor.

Arrived after a long drive, and check-in was easy-no chit-chat needed! The room was super clean and had a lovely welcome basket with treats. Oh, and parking was right outside-such a bonus!

Only downside? Leaving was a bit of a bummer! Wish I could have stayed forever, but alas!

Good sized clean room for a very good price. Location good for Irvine Harbour, Shopping, Troon Harbour and Prestwick Airport.

For the price it is hard to complain about anything, however the small breakfast room and the lack of a Bar / Restaurant are the only downsides, however the nearby Ship Inn is excellent.
